TOURISM/HOTEL INVESTMENTS

Novanord Holdings will build its own ultra luxury concept resort in Maldives which will have a total bed capacity of 210 beds.

This luxury concept resort will be located at South Male Atoll of Maldives which is located very close to Male International Airport (20 minutes by speedboat) and will be opened by late 2017.

Conceptual design of this ultra luxury resort was completely handled by our own design group (Novanord Bygg AB-Sweden) and the construction will be solely handled by our construction group.

Our hotel investments in Maldives will continue with 2 additional ultra luxury concept resorts and 2 marina projects including a 18 hole golf course which is planned to be openned consecutively in 2018 and 2019.

With these 3 investments; Novanord Holdings targets to reach 1600 total bed capacity and targets an annual turnover of $1,000,000,000 from its direct investments to Tourism sector.
